Hacking Help with usb loaders

Hi i have tried cfg usb loader neogamma wiiflow and usb loader gx but i got the same problem with all the wii dont respond and the disk light start to flash.
i have a samsung s2 320gb FAT32 my wii is 4.0 ntsc cIOS rev 19 plz i need help (sorry my english is bad

)
