My theme isn;t lined up perfectly for someone reason, one part is in the middle the bottom is either to the left or right not centered with the upper image

Use Photoshop or use gimp. Make sure images are the correct size which you can see when importing in the menu.

Probably if you google for one... Don't see the point though, gimp is free and way more powerful.
