ROM Hack help with updating to 9.2

I tried to update my friend's 3ds from 8.1.0-10 to 9.2 with the pleilect tutorial. I injected the fbi and backed up sys and emunand(gateway emunand) with decrypt9wip and then when I try to go to https://dukesrg.github.io/?rxTools/sys/code.bin as said in the guide, it shows the webpage and then the browser crashes ("an error has occurred. save data bla bla and restart.")
what have I done wrong?
it doesnt work eve when I use a clean sd....

of course its a o3ds...
