Hacking Help with Trucha Bug Restorer 1.1/Mod?

Trying to help out my friend, he accidentally updated his wii and we're stuck on this one part.

Everytime we try to change the revision to IOS15 to 0 we come across this error.

Installing ticket...
Setting the revision to 0...
Error: ES_AddTitleStart returned -1035, maybe you need an updated downgrader
Error: Could not set the revision to 0
Downgrade failed Press any button to exit...

any help/ideas?
I've tried the TBRs from

and the simplistic guide, none work.

We need a bit more information.

Was the Wii already hacked before updating to 4.2?
If so, did it have cIOSCORP installed?

Can you run the SignCheck application and post the .csv it makes?

We need to know what version your installed IOS15 is, before we can do anything else.

His Wii was already hacked prior to updating.
I think he said he had cIOSCORP 3.3 installed.
I'm getting him to run signcheck right now, I'll post the .csv when he passes it to me.

How do we get signcheck to give out a .csv file?
He keeps on pressing the reset button but the IOS number keeps on changing.
Nothing else really happens.
The text is too blurry for me to read what's on the screen.
