Homebrew Help With transfer Omega Ruby to Sun

Good night
It is possible to transfer Pokemon with PKSM between pokemon Omega ruby and SUN/MOON. When I start with the cartridge OR not the console freezes on screen yellow and when I start with the MOON and change then I get the error "file size error", if that's what nintendo's lockout is possible to remove?
If it is possible someone can pass the link for how to do?

Use JKSM to extract OR save then export mons and re-inject into SuMo save

They said that in January the nintendo will give 1 month without paying so we can transfer things to the moon.
We're talking about nintendo, is not 100% guaranteed, so I can see other possibilities. But if it is illegal, there is no way of detecting them servers without being connected to the internet?
