ROM Hack Help with the MKDS Hack

Alright, I am not very good with computers. I am trying to patch my MKDS ROM so that I can play any tracks online. Here is the site with instructions to do it:

I need to apply an IPS to my MKDS ROM. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Here is the instructions to getting it to work:

"Steps to use:
1) Dump your copy of MKS
2) Apply the included IPS to your dump
3)
a) (Flash Cart users)
Prefix ndsmall.bin to the game, then flash it to your cart, as the only file on there

b) (GBAMP users)
Put the patched game on your CF card
4) Insert your original MKS Game Card into your DS
5) Start the game from the flash cart or GBAMP
6) Go online and select from the new range of tracks
7) Enjoy!"

Alright, I figured out how to do it. Now I need to know how to do the following:

Prefix ndsmall.bin to the game, then flash it to your cart, as the only file on there

Any help would be imensly appreciated

Open up a command window (Start>Run>cmd), use the command "cd" (no quotes) followed by the entire directory tree of the folder where ndsmall.bin and the .nds file is (example: cd C:\NDS), then use the command:

copy /b ndsmall.bin + nameofndsfile.nds nameofoutputfile.ds.gba

replacing the file names for the mkds rom and the name of the output file. Wah-lah!

Alright, I got the .ds.gba file. Now I don't know what to do with it >_<

It doesn't load up in the DS or GBA loader. I get balnk screens. Sorry if I am being dificult.
