ROM Hack Help with the JUS Translation patch?

I've tried it twice now, it really doesn't want to work for me.
The first time, it didn't even show up on my DS. And the second time, the entire thing froze when I tried to start it up.

Could anyone give me some relatively-simple instructions? Thanks.

What Flashcart are you using and What Firmware is it on?

I'm using the Acekard2, with the unofficial firmware.
