Homebrew Help with specific (crossconsole) themehax installation please?

Here's my situation. On my 3DS, I stupidly updated the browser so that browserhax no longer works. So, I borrowed my friend's 3DS, installed homebrew, and installed themehax successfully. But now when I try to put my SD card into my friend's 3DS (he has an XL Old, I have a regular Old), the themehax installer doesn't work. But, since I can access homebrew with my SD card in my friend's 3DS, shouldn't there be a way for me to install themehax so that it works when I put my SD card back into my 3DS?

When I try to install it, it says something about needing to go to the theme settings so it can get the proper theme menu files, which I assume it can't get because this SD card is set up with another 3DS (Or I could be completely wrong, because I'm pretty new at this).

This wont work, because the 3ds itself has to have it set in its config to load the theme off of the sd card. That is why if you have theme hax installed it shows up as no theme in theme settings

3ds software on sd is console specific, therefore you can't just swap sd cards.
How did you installed themehax in your 3ds?

I haven't installed themehax on my 3DS; that's the goal I am trying to achieve. I have homebrew installed on my 3DS, but browserhax doesn't work. I was just hoping there was a way to get themehax installed on my SD card using his 3ds so that I could put it back in my 3DS and have themehax on mine.

damn, I was really hoping to avoid that. Alright, That's what I'll try to do for now. But if anyone here does figure out a work-around or has any other questions about the situation, I'll still check this thread.

Another thing you could do is sell your 3ds and buy a N3ds. This would also let you use smash hax

And working browserhax, and hopefully exploitable firmware
