Gaming Help with Sly Cooper Thieves in Time

I am on Rebug 4.82 CEX with Cobra. I have tried Europe version BCES01284 and USA version BCUS98247. Both have a file .psarc that is larger than 4 gb so first I tried converting it to ISO to play on my external but when launching it just goes back to xmb. I thought maybe it was because of the large file, so I tried on both transferring it in folder format using an ntsc drive to internal. However both does the same thing on internal just goes back to xmb. How do I get this game to work?
