ROM Hack Help with Save Manager?

So i am trying to get my save data from Pokémon Alpha Sapphire so i can edit it with PKheX. When i load up Save Manager or svdt with the homebrew launcher I cant seem to find any games that i installed as a cia, only games purchased from the eShop.

How do I get my save data from games that were installed as a cia file?

I am on SysNAND version 4.5 and EmuNAND version 10.3
