Hacking Help with RXTOOLS and Emunand

I'm currently attempting to instal RXTOOLS on a 9.0.0-20 O3ds, I have no Flashcart.

I'm following this guide.

I reached the point where it tells me to get emunand 9.9 however I can't find ANYTHING how to do so. I found one single video but the link is broken.

Any Ideas?

You don't know how to set up emunand?

Just put Gateway's launcher in your SD card, go to http://go.gateway-3ds.com with your console's browser to boot into GW's menu and then once you're there, select the option that says Format Emunand. Also remember to backup your SD card first since it gets formatted as well when doing it. Afterwards just use rxTools to boot into the newly created emunand and you can update it through normal means.
