Hey guys, sorry if it's a dumb mistake, I'm new to this. I installed the modchip as show in the pictures below, got it from Ali express under the name RP2040 lite.
But now, when I power on the switch, it boots normally. The chip blinks a solid BLUE, followed by 3 green blinks, this behaviour can be seen on the video.
Can you guys point me in the right direction ? I double checked connectivity in all the solder points to the flex cable and to the chip. Everything seems normal.
I also tried to flash the chip by connecting it over USB while pressing boot and installing pico fly firmware from its repo 2.72.uf2
Still, same behaviour. I believe I'm missing something here.
