Apple Help with rezing video for theme

Being the AC/DC Fan i am, i was dissapointed with the lack
of good AC/DC themes on Cydia that i could find....

Anway before i go into my life story, i want to resize a video
so it fits the ipod screen for a theme, the only problem is
no matter what i resize it to, it still doen't fit the screen (Only
fits about half of it).

Damn, i mispelt the title.

4th generation iPod touch screen resolution:640x960

I already know the dimensions i need, but
even when i resize it, it stays the same. Ill try it
with a different video.
