Homebrew Help with RetroArch

I've tried posting on the main retroarch thread and on reddit and got no answers. My problem is that the dosbox core does not work at all. It just gets stuck on the loading screen when i try to run it. I used the latest stable and nightly. I put the retroarch folder on the root of the sd card, and the dosbox_libretro.cia in my cias folder, installed it and it just doesnt work. Please, does anyone know what the problem is?

Sorry, should have stated this, I'm using an O3DS XL.

Ah, I see. Unfortunately, I think DOSBox will not work with O3DS/2DS models simply because it lacks enough power/RAM unlike the N3DS.

So, I think you're out of luck on this one.
