Taking advantage of the Operator topic, would anyone have the kernel of this Flash card?

I already looked at his site, but it has already expired a long time

I have the exact same card. What I did was follow the directions on the site and used the "setup 3DS" button on the Flashcard itself before installing WoodR4.

Do yo know what this actually do?
