Hacking Help with possible ds brick

so i think i've bricked my ds

i bought a replacement screen off dealextreme, took apart my ds and put it in,
now when i turn it on the bottom screen goes white for a second and the green led turns on but after a second it completely shuts down.
Have i fully bricked my ds or can i still fix it???
all help appreciated

Wow. After spending almost six months of not bumping the thread which probably had it extremely far down on the list you call us douche bags and thank us for nothing when at least jan tried.
