I am trying to make a mod for Fire Emblem Fates in Paragon and for what I see, the skill flags (like FF 7F 00 00) have something to do with in which difficulty the skills appear. But I don't know how to use them. Is there a way to know how to use them?
Help with Paragon skill flags.
