How do I change the heath and safety screen with a cool mp4 file that has an intro?

I changed mine to an image of the wii with smoke coming from the disc slot, but tbh, I can't recall the process. I don't think I was using a theme app to do it. it might be by way of priiloader, but I'm not sure.

video isn't working for me. however, I saw the video title. I think I used that app for my dark wii theme, which I'm currently using. however, I'm thinking I installed the boot logo a different way.

You want to install crazy intro video's boot.dol as priiloader's installed file then configure priiloader to boot the installed file. Read here for instructions (and some of my old videos)
