Help with my Display.

Hi, so i have this problem with my 2nd Monitor showing a bad display.

In settings everything's ok;

But in real life, even tho the display is correct it doesnt show okay;(It's not broken because in 1152x864 the "Not working" part of my monitor shows up.

I don't understand the AMD Radeon Settings thing :\

my intel HD graphics also have a shitty similair issue...
guess your using hdmi cable right?
are you sure you are using the right resolution?
