Homebrew Help with my 3ds

I bought this 3ds 10.3.0-9U firmware of a person who no longer have more contact, he is presenting the following problem, error 002-0119 to enter the eShop, error 009-1000 in the shop theme, while trying to update 3ds he starts the process more hangs in the update bar.
hangs in the middle of hax using browserhax or freakyhax.
no longer know what to do.

when I try to use browserhax or freakyhax he simolesmente lock at the time of hax and soon after return to home menu 3ds

I forgot to tell that the former owner used this 3ds card with sky3ds , is he did something using this card?

From what I can see your browser version does not match the system version meaning he updated the 3ds using a card.
What are you trying to do exactly?
You can't use browserhax as your browser version is too low as well as freakyforms IIRC as it requires a recent fw.
You'll probably gonna have to acquire another exploit game such as cubic ninja to hack your 3ds

Not gonna work but try those two with a boot.3dsx in the root of the SD.
If it doesn't work you'll gonna need cubic ninja

But it won't probably work.
You'll gonna need either ocarina of time 3d+power saves or cubic ninja.
The error on the eshop is resulted of it not being updated.
Don't update if you want to hack it.
