Well if you know how to open your DS and stuff you can buy a mic and Wifi card set on DX for like $3 and replace your mic wire (the white one)
But if you still have a warranty (well you had it for a year) you can send it to Nintendo
Edit: Either way, it'll take min 2 weeks to get it fixed lol
