Hacking help with letterbomb

I been using letterbomb for quite some time now, but today i went to the letterbomb page and i cant type some letters in the quares like i said only some and its not my keybard cause i can type good right here and anywhere else..is the page having some difficulty??

Since MAC addresses only use digits from 0 to 9, and letters from A to F you don't need the other letters.
