I just converted my psx game disc beyond the beyond to my psp

how do I make the sound when you highlight the icon? I mean how do i make the .at3 sound file?


also I noticed in some youtube videos when people load there games the psp load screens seem custom
how do I change it from the white psp load screen?

This website has a bunch of stuff like images and sounds to make an awesome PSX eboot.pbp. Not sure about the loading screen, but I think it's called an overlay on that website.
