EDIT: SOLVED!
I should start by saying that I'm new to hacking consoles. That being said, here is the problem:
I followed the tutorial 3ds.hacks.guide by using the seedminer/fredtool method, my old 3ds' version is 11.10.0-43E. I'm using a 32GB SD card if that matters. I managed to get everything working properly, with a handful of CIA games installed. 2 days later, I thought it was a good idea to add pokemon ultra sun to the collection as well, and now the 3ds is fricked up. I did not get to install it. When it has the SD inserted, it won't boot up most of the times (I managed to turn it on once where all installed CIA games seemed fine however the luna, fbi, homebrew, anemone and the "other stock app that comes with the method" didn't show their banners. When I tried to run homebrew, it gave a... type 1 error maybe? Then turned off). But IF I turn it on without the SD card it will boot as if nothing happened.
I did try removing ultra sun from the SD but the problem remains. Also, I copied the whole SD card to a separate pc folder to keep as a backup, before adding ultra sun. But those files don't seem to be working as well. Is it possible that I messed up by doing the backup?
Does anyone has any clue as to what might be happening here and any tips on how to solve it?
EDIT: I tried the troubleshooting process @3ds.hacks.guide once again, and It seems to be working… I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience. For those having a similar issue: follow the "Black screen on SysNAND boot" section. It worked for me after a while. I'm now installing Pokémon Ultra Sun through FBI with a smile in my face
