ROM Hack HELP with getting cheats on acww

im kind of a noob
(well actually i am a noob)
and i cant get the cheats for animal crossing on my acekard to work i have numerous cheatfiles and i have selected the cheats i want to use. Some help would be extreeeeeeeeeeemely good

u need a ACWW 1.1 rom for cheats to work.(DONT ASK GOOGLE IS UR FRIEND)
