Homebrew help with GBA roms on 3ds

I read there is two way to this I am going to need an emulator or VC injected
but my problem is which method support gameshark or codebreaker cheat? please can anyone
give a guide r tell me which emulator that support cheat. I have a9hl +luma 3ds new 3ds xl thanks in advance

VC inject doesn't support gameshark or cheat codes, it's the nintendo emulator running.. unless there is some way to program the cheats\gameshark into the rom itself..

doesn't the retroarch gba emulator have gameshark support . . . i dont know . . .arrr im a pirate not a cheat

also way to mislead me with that title

Can't you just download the Rom and the GBA VC Injector on your Pc? and by doing that you can
process the Rom on the Application of (GBA VC Injector) and have a .Cia that you can pass on the FBI and have the GBA Rom
That's what i do...

his problem is not playing the game its applying cheats to the game . . . misleading
