Hacking Help with firmware update

I had firmware 9.0 running with atmosphere perfect, decided to update to 9.0.1 with choidejoir and when it said to restart I just get a black screen after the atmosphere logo.

What format is your micro sd card? FAT32 or exFAT? Which option did you choose during ChoiDujourNX update? Have you updated atmosphere?

I think this was my issue, my sd card was exact and I chose fat32

If I backup my existing sd card, reformat to fat32, then copy everything back should it work?

Cool , thank you I am copying as we speak. Will post tonight for an update to how it all went. This happened when I updated from 8 to 9. Hate updating firmware, but it's all in the name of Animal Crossing lol.

You won't. Afaik saves are stored in the NAND.

Got my system on fat32 with upgraded firmware, but I am getting errors running any software. I copied over patches folder to atmosphere folder, but it still wont run, am I missing something?

There used to be a nosigcheck line in hekate.ipl do i still need that ?

UPDATE: Deleted all software and reinstalled, looks to be working. but i need to update firmware to 9.2.0 for animal crossing update to work. i thought i only needed 9.0.1.
