Hacking Help with final step of Plailect's Guide

Hi. I've made it through almost all of Plailect's guide but have run into a conundrum at the final step. When I try to install arm9loaderhax for the first time with http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin, my screen freezes and doesn't work. It doesn't glitch like it has done it previous steps, it freezes in the browser. In the guide it says that if the screen glitches to press select and wait 10 seconds for it to turn off or that if there is an error to clear the browser data. I have tried both of these options like 12 times so far and it still doesn't work. I know it's not working because of the lack of the OTP.bin file. I'm stuck. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue in the past and knows how to resolve it.

Are you sure you put the "arm11.bin" file from the 2.0.3 version of SafeA9LHInstaller (newest versions don't have it) on the root of your SD card?

Oh. I just realised that I'm an idiot. I was typing arm1l instead of arm11 the entire time. It's super late here. My bad
