Hacking Help With Filezilla adn my ps3

Hi All,

I have my ps3 with the ps3key and have installed ftp server and gaia manager.
I plug a crossover cable from my laptop to the back of the ps3 and then load up filezilla.
I enter the ip address from ftp server and enter port 21 i enter the user name and leave password blank.
I keep getting error "EAI_NODATA" no address assiociated with nodename.
Can someone please help me with this?

Do you have a switch or a router just plug the PS3 up to a switch or a router and try to connect. Make sure port 21 and 22 is forwarded in your router and firewall.
