Iinstalled my dsiware to both my sysnand and emunand but everytime I open the app it shows the home screen and the background music plays but nothing happens.

Maybe the CIAs are corrupted? Make sure you install them on the NAND, in sysnand use PastaCFW first... If that doesn't work l, try an alternate cia installer: BBM, FBI, whatever you want.
