Misc Help with DSHobro 0.3

Hey i dont know if and one else has this problem but i cant seem to get DSHobro 0.3 set up!
but i can connect to game with the wifi and get DSOrganize 3.2 broswer to work fine
anyone know what i have to do to get DSHoro 0.3 to work!
i have port 666 open both router/firewall and am running the server aswell????
