Hey guys i downloaded DQ5 few days ago and im stuck on that ship.Than i googled that problem and found about piracy stuff, than i tried the ''Protection Bypass Code'' and patched it with DSATM.After that i try to start the game and after loading the screen goes white and stays 4eva.Than i downloaded the latest firmware for my r4i sdhc upgrade and tried to start the game, but this time on the begining it says system errorcode -82 please reset ur system, than i gave up.I have Nds lite if that helps.I would love to play that game so much.I downloaded like from 10 diferent uploaders, which said patched/fixed etc. I apriciate every help, thanks in forward.

you should try playing the game in the following condition

-clean rom (not patched or anything)
-r4i sdhc latest firmware

see whether it boots or not............

if it boots then use the cheat code from cheat database
how?

just switch on before you boot the game

personally, the AP doesn't prevent the game from booting
it should be other reasons that cause that
furthermore.... this game was fixed ages ago by many teams
your r4isdhc should be able to run the game without the need of patching

Just found out he's doing alright, doing a lot of complaining too, rightfully so. Who wouldn't complain after having a seizure and being hospitalized?
