Hacking Help with downgrade.

I downgraded my new 3ds from 11.1.0 to 10.4 but i have no way to access homebrew i did the steelhax but during the system transfer the steelhax got corrupted what do i do now?

I tried Browserhax but it give me a error.

It's supposed to say 11.1.0 in the Settings. You only downgraded your NATIVE_FIRM from 11.1 to 10.4, not your actual system firmware. You now have to finish rest of the downgrade process.

It Still says 11.1.0 because you only downgraded the Native_Firm to a 10.4 one. After this step that you have done you will need to run homebrew launcher with a 11.1 exploit game and do a downgrade to 9.2.
