Android Help with dolphin emu please?

hello, when i install the latest version of dolphin emulator (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/) the development version that is i get a app not installed error. i have tried at least the latest 30 builds and none of them work. i am using the Android version to (Android version 7.0)

does your android have a 32bit or 64bit cpu? dolphin only works on 64 bit.
