Homebrew Help with data transfer beetween two 3ds

I bought a new 3ds ( New 11.1.0 26-E ) and installed Luma 3ds ( with Soundhax ) and when i put my old 3ds ( Hacked ) 's sd card it didn't show games on the home menu and my question is how can i make them appear ?

Putting your SD-card into another 3DS will not work, even if both units are hacked. The new 3DS simply does not know the old encryption key.
