The original one not DX. I thought Id play this before the new one.

I read that as you enter amateur and pro level you use more buttons then simply any directon on dpad and any button.

How exactly do I open up more difficulty levels? The game doesnt seem to have any structure like in Osu which is level based.

so far i've seen that the difficulty goes up on some instruments on some songs after each studio recording(from 1st menu: left poster, and then the yellow text on the right)
after beating a level there some songs get gold stars instead of silver ones for some of the instruments, those use all buttons except L, R start and select.
also, those instruments will keep track of your best scores.

play the game in live mode.. you play 3 songs in a row.. if you dont blow up the bomb you get to the next level
i don't think it's 3 songs.
i think it's songs untill your total score is 200 or so.
so if you'd score quite bad on the first 3 you'd have to do a 4th.

he's talking about the first DBB (2005) dude... lol XD

BUT you did answer how do i get past 4 stars on DX...! dice always been there since monopoly!

Bumjeans, just click the Single-Play poster, and then when you get into that menu, hit the right side of the screen instead of the left. The woman/bat/japanese thing will talk for a bit, and then you knock on the door. You have to perform three songs of varying difficulty without getting the bomb down the bottom to 0%. You repeat this four more times, and then finish the game, which unlocks pro mode, amongst other things. I haven't finished yet, so I can't really tell you much about that bit.
