Hacking Homebrew ROM Hack Help with Character Expansion Mod for SSB4

So, a few weeks ago I stumbled upon these videos which I saw a few years ago ( and ).

Which show a mod that expands the character slots with lots of bosses, objects, transformations etc.; but the guy never published any of that.

I know most of the characters don't work, but I wanna test ones like Sandbag, the transformations, Mii Fighting Team etc. which I heard they work.

So I'd like to know if anyone has the mod/know how to recreate it and is able to release, make a tutorial or something like that.

So, I've been trying to edit the ui_character_db.bin file, but as I don't know much about modding, I have no idea on how to do it, so if anyone stumbles in this thread and knows how to edit it, the thread you can answer that is [Discussion] Smash WiiU Modding and Help Center (or if want it can be this one too)
