Hacking Help with CFG loader - nload_init ERROR

Hey everyone, I've been trying for hours to get my Wii to run Brawl through CFG with no luck. I'm running CFG version 70r67 and using IOS250 as the cIOS. Brawl is in a WBFS folder in my USB drive (G:\WBFS\Super Smash Bros. Brawl[RSBE01]\RSBE01.wbfs, RSBE01.wbf1) which I converted using Wii Backup Manager and it shows up through CFG, but when I try to run it I get the following error:

FRAG: nload_init ERROR
set_frag: -4
ERROR: SetWBFS: -4

Any idea what might be causing this? Please let me know if I can provide any other info to help.
