Hacking Help with backing up DS saves

Already posted this in another thread but didn't realise it was a sticky sorry.
Have latest AKAIO on an Acekard 2, 3in1 is in slot 2, battery isn't dead as I was able to play Mother 3.
When I start backup tool it says ' 3in1 expansion pack not found Please redo from start'
The version I tried was Backup Tool 1.9d

That tool is to backup and restore saves to retail DS game carts. If your trying to use the it to backup your Mother 3 save, use the built-in functions of AKAIO.

It is circled in red what you need to click.

For backup and restoring DS saves the mode your in is stated in the bottom square at the bottom screen.
