Gaming Help with Ashes 2009 pal

Hi all
i need help with Ashes 2009 rom.

I am using neogamma6 to play.

When i start the game, it turns on but when creating a profile, it gets stuck with an irritating sound...
Can some one help me with this stuff????

I really love cricket and wished this game since long, now i have it but cant get past the loading screen.

Please some body help me....
