HELP WITH ARM9 ERROR DATA ABORT

I just modded a 2ds xl and went through this guide
But anyways I had finished it and decided to install h shop, But when I hover over fbi on my homepage it gives me an arm9 data abort error. It also only does it when I go into fbi from the homebrew launcher and then I go to titles, can anyone help me out?
