Gaming help with a professor layton save

and i just bought another...

it wasnt painful to pay again for another ds and another flash cart
it was painful to lose all my saves...

and the one that i miss the most is the professor layton save...
i was in chapter 4 can anyone help me with this...?

it seems theres only 100% saves...

I've solved 72 puzzles and I've found 81 puzzles... the highest number in my puzzle index is 114 though.... It jumps from 83 to 103.
My sister has two save files on there... she already beat the game... is there any way for me to erase her save files so I can upload it and you won't be tempted to see the ending?
