The very weird problem has come today..

'Help Will Come Tomorrow' (here's the Eshop link), an offline singleplayer game can't boot without Nintendo servers — so it starts, Arclight Creations and Klabater logos passed, but it hans on a next screen.
It's not a problem with my copy of the game (I checked it properly with nscb, all sigs are verified OK), nor the my firmware setup (latest OFW 10.0.1, on sysnand, CFW 0.11.1, FAT32 card, latest sigpatches, and all other games are all good). I tried with and without airplane mode, tried install it to the nand and sd card, verified my sdcard, but no luck at all!

What do you think? Does your copy game boot normally on your CFW?
Maybe, there's an online check verification / copy protection integrated in this game?

..Aarrrgh, nevermind, the devs just released 1.0.1 patch and the game now boots well.
