Homebrew [Help] Where do I put prdoom3ds files?

I have the prboom folder in /3ds/ and the doom 1-3 wads in root. Where do I put other level (Custom) wads? They aren't a whole game but they are several levels. If this should be a thread, sorry. Just tell me where to put it and I'll be sure to do that next time.
