Hacking Help when using hactool to decrypt Xenoblade Chronicles 2

When I try to decrypt Xenoblade Chronicles xci file I get this error. Help?

So I got the right files but when trying to open the game using LayeredFS and a donor Rom of Octopath Traveller demo it is just stuck on the switch boot screen

hit the home button wait a second and try to load it... I have not used the game so I am not sure on what tricks work to get it to run. May try a different donor
