Hardware Help W/ Semi Bricked Wii?

Hello

I Have A "semi-bricked" Wii. Its When Sometimes it fires up and sometimes it doesn't start at all.
e.g.: It won't Show the "Health Warning" or load the menu.
Is there a way to fix it?

I Have Wii Menu 4.0, Soon To Get HBC.
