So, I need to update NVER again to get back online, but http://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php seems to be down. Where can I get what I need to update NVER and the friend module now?

Use httpwn to play online on a lower firmware.

Okay so, one more thing- ctr-httpwn for menuhax 2.0 still doesn't work. Is it because everything yellows8 hosts doesn't work anymore..?
I am able to get on wifi with my games now after updating NVER, but ctr-httpwn was the only way to get on pokemon bank prior.

yellows8 is moving everything to a new server, that's why it's not working right now.
