Hacking HELP understanding Ps vita jailbreaking etc.

So, Im pretty new on Ps vita hacking, homebrews etc. I wanted to Know whats available to the day, like I know for example theres VHBL for emulators ( running on psp mode), and that there isnt a way to run vita isosyet. What else is out there? Is it posible to run emulators on Ps vita 3.51? Ps1 emulator, or gameboy? etc? Thanks in advance!
