ROM Hack Help translating a game

I want to partialy translate a game called Beyblade Burst God. I have the romfs, but since i have never done anything like this I need help if anyone is interested in helping me on my specific endeavor. First of were is the menu text contained and what specific program that is not Kuriimu that I would use to translate the game.

Well I can tell you one thing; nobody will be able to help you if you don't give any filenames.
Also, are you asking for alternatives to Kuriimu or additional programs you'll need to use alongside Kuriimu?

You can't just post a thread saying "Yeah I have this game I want to translate and I have all the stuff so which files are the files I want?". It's different for every game.
