Hacking [Help] Transfer DSiWare game to 3DS

Hello, I have an old DSi with Guitar Rock Tour on it (needed for DSiWare downgrade), and a 3DS XL with 11.0 firmware. I want to transfer the game from my DSi to the 3DS, but the only way I found doesn't work because I need to upgrade my 3DS in order to transfer the data with the Transfer Tool from the DSi.

Is there another method I can use to transfer the game?

Get homebrew and use ctr-httpwn. Then, just attemp to use the transfer tool.

This. You need homebrew access anyway, the starter kit comes with ctr-httpwn.

I don't think the exploit will work from DSi to 3DS. I think it needs to be 3DS to 3DS for the exploit to work. I could be wrong.

He's on 11.0 and that is one of the games you can inject the save with waithax.

Hello, I am trying to attempt the same thing but with Legend of Zelda : Four swords.
I tried what you said and it is searching for the source system and is looking for target system.
It has been going for 2 hours now and they still haven't connected.
Any ideas?

They announced that a new hack will be out soon, called Soundhax. You should wait for it to be released, so you'll be able to install homebrew for free on 11.x

Soundhax is already out. It's just that it's USA and N3DS exclusive atm.

also, will soundhax let me downgrade?
Downgrading is my priority

edit: If it helps i activated httpwn then used hans to load it.

Do i need to go to homemenu then setting to do a system transfer or Hans?
I used hans and it looks like it freezes up.
My dsi has four swords and is perfectly fine with no modifications

I did a System Transfer when I was setting up Luma on my 3DS. I believe (and I may be wrong, let someone else verify this) that you need a legitimized copy of Four Swords that is tied to your 3DS in order to properly launch it to go forward with the rest of the process; this will remove Four Swords from your DSi, but if all goes well, you should still have it on your 3DS afterwards.

Use ctr-httpwn then press start to exit back to Homebrew Launcher. Then, press start to get to the exit menu, press x to exit to homemenu. Then go to settings, and do whatever you want then

Thats where the problem is.
Whenever press start to go to the exit menu and i DONT reboot it freezes and i cant do anything.

Don't do that. Menuhax does not work with ctr-httpn. Google "How to use SoundHax", click gbatemp thread. Then click first page and follow instructions on how to use SoundHax, then use ctr-httpwn and see if it works then!

You're using menuhax, which won't work with ctr-httpwn. You can remove it and use soundhax instead.
